Gendered Disinformation: Actua + CSKA

"The impacts of disinformation are not felt equally. It often exploits existing social inequalities and vulnerabilities to cause greater harm. A particularly concerning form is gendered disinformation – coordinated online attacks that weaponize gender to inflict harm on women and gender-diverse individuals. Gendered disinformation relies on stereotypes, manipulated narratives and even AI-generated personas to spread falsehoods and discredit their targets."

Actua + CSKA: Gendered disinformation

This new research conducted by Actua, the Community Safety Knowledge Alliance (CSKA) and the Sapper Labs Group, has been designed into four different resources, aimed to educators, parents and youth. All the illustrations are original and designed by me, as well as the layout design following Actua's branding.
