Cloaking protocol (Nara Rosetto)

Nara Rosetto is an artist whose work delves into the realm of self-reference, inspired by her own experiences with an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic pain. I had the opportunity to photograph and film Nara's captivating performance titled "Cloaking Protocol", where she embroiders a wedding dress with the protective equipment recommended by health organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic and engages in a dialogue with icons of gender-based violence, the sacred, and the feared.
